Zhila Beauty Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Products Returns To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be in the original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Lashes and Customized Items Due to the nature of our lashes and customized products, these items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and personalization.

Events and Classes All sales for events and classes are final. However, if you can no longer attend, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform us of the change at info@zhilabeauty.com.

Damages and Issues For any products that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to facilitate a swift resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain beauty products and accessories may not be returned.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, return the original item, and upon acceptance, place a new order.

Refunds Process Upon a successful return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact your bank or credit card company for posting timelines.
